Recommend a Paint Shop?

I have recently had a great deal of trouble getting our local paint shop to paint the Cooper fuel door to match the fender. They have tried twice to accomplish the task and failed. Considering all the other things they messed up I would say DON'T TAKE YOUR MINI TO KEN'S Autobody in Port Orchard. I can't believe that matching the Pepperwhite color (MINI's most common color) could be so difficult!

Can anyone recommend a decent paint shop in Kitsap County or Pierce County?

Rainier collision in gig harbor, my best friend is the painter there and is amazing. He has painted my entire car. I know some other members have seen my car and can vouch for the quality of paint work.

Twinscroll: Rainier Collision in gig harbor is the closest recommended shop so far! Thanks.

Twinscroll:

I notice that there are 2 locations for Rainier Collision, Gig Harbor & Port Orchard. Does your friend paint only for the Gig Harbor shop?

Paramount in Fife painted my cowl vents, and my passenger door when a bike hit me. They said it is hard to match paints exactly and blend the paint with the surrounding area to minimize any slight differences.

I totally agree and blending is what should have been done if the paint color was close. Haury's painted the bumper cover, when Seattle Mini backed SMOG-2 into a pole, and they matched the color very well but for some reason did not want to tackle the fuel door. They probably did not want the hassle of blending.

Did they remove the cowl vents to paint them? Was it a bicycle that hit you or a motorcycle? Neither encounter is nice!

The cowl vents were Orcari's I ordered and had them paint and install. Not sure of how they painted them, but they match perfect.

I was hit by a bicycle as I was pulling out of a hotel in Spokane. The biker fled the scene, but put a dent in my passenger side door.

If I recall correctly, it fell under the category of the repair bill was less than my deductible so the insurance company never heard from me.

I have seen the paint job done, and I can say, it looks phenomenal.
